Fundraising for Families and Children at Makareio Hospital- 6 March 2026. 

On 6th of March 2026, IBSCY Ltd had the privilege of hosting students from Saint Nicolas Lyceum, who visited as part of a charitable initiative to collect donations for "Ap' akri s' akri mazi". This organisation, which translates as "Together from edge to edge" is committed to supporting families and children in need, with particular attention given to those receiving treatment at the child oncology unit of Makareio Hospital. 

The visit formed part of the students' ongoing initiatives to secure essential funds supporting the charity's operations. By engaging employees and management at IBSCY Ltd with collection boxes and positive presence, they encouraged contributions to an organisation dedicated to providing hope and practical assistance to families affected by childhood cancer. 

With the collective support of the community, "Ap' akri s' akri mazi" delivers essential services- including financial assistance, emotional guidance, and practical resources- to children and their families during difficult times. Through sustained commitment, the organisation ensures families facing childhood illness have access to the support they require, and every donation makes a significant contribution toward achieving their objectives.
