Each plan ensures your organization receives the service level best suited to its operational needs, working hours, and internal IT capacity. 

Whether your company operates within standard business hours or requires round-the-clock assistance, our plans are tailored to deliver reliable support precisely when needed. 

Bronze Prepaid Plan: 

The Brinze plan is ideal for businesses with an in-house IT team that occasionally needs additional support. Offered on a prepaid basis, this plan requires a minimum purchase of 40 support hours annually. Support is available during Cyprus business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30-13:00 and 14:30-18:00, excluding public holidays). 

Each initial contact via phone, email, or ticket deducts one hour, and subsequent time is billed in 15-minute increments. The plan focuses on operational maintenance through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) but excludes change requests. 

Silver Unlimited Plan:

Designed for companies with no internal IT department, the Silver plan offers unlimited maintenance and operational IT support during Cyprus business hours (8:30-13:00 and 14:30-18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

Support is accessible via phone, email, or the ticketing system, and the plan is secured through a maintenance and non-disclosure agreement, guaranteeing professional service. 

Gold Unlimited Plan: 

The Gold plan extends the Silver plan's coverage bys offering support until 19:00 from Monday to Friday, including public holidays (excluding 25th-26th of December and 1st of January). It also includes two proactive on-site visits per year. 

This plan is ideal for businesses with a time zone difference of approximately two hours from Cyprus, ensuring support during critical operational periods.
