Sales Administrator

We are hiring Sales Administrator 

IBSCY Ltd is a leading international provider of total IT solutions and services and specialises in the areas of cloud services and applications, systems integration, IT ifrastructure, collaboration, management and security solutions. 

IBSCY Ltd is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible to coordinate sales department activities and administration tasks. The successful candidate should be competent in prioritising tasks, self-motivated and trustworthy with commitment and initiative to manage assignments with minimum supervision, reporting directly to the Solutions Director. 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • University degree in Business, marketing or management. 
  • Outstannding communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Literacy in both English and Greek
  • Driving license

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate sales department activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. 
  • Quoting, Pricing and Proposal of technology products and solutions.
  • Account management of assigned accounts. 
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 
  • Procurement management.
  • Represent company at trade shows, vendor events, customer events, business mixers, and relationship building events. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns. 
  • Meet vendors sales training and certifications.
  • Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary. 
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned. 
  • Assist sales department colleagues whenever necessary.
