Sales Administrator

We are hiring Sales Administrator

IBSCY Ltd is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Sales Administrator responsible for coordinating the activities of the sales department and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, self-motivated, and trustworthy, demonstrating commitment and initiative in managing assignments with minimal supervision. This position  reports directly to the Solutions Director. 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or Management. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities. 
  • Familiarity with office management and basic accounting. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Secretarial Qualifications are a plus. 
  • Fluent in English and Greek. 
  • Valid driver's license. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate sales activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance. 
  • Quote, price, and propose technology products and solutions. 
  • Manage assigned accounts and client communications (phone, email, letters, packages). 
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping. 
  • Handle procurement. 
  • Represent the company at events. 
  • Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. 
  • Complete vendor sales training and certifications. 
  • Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed. 
  • Submit reports and prepare presentations/proposals. 
  • Assist sales colleagues when needed.
