As a "one-stop-shop" for IT solutions in Cyprus and Greece, IBSCY Ltd offers both software and hardware maintenance, encompassing computers, servers, and related equipment. 

IT maintenance services are available under a range of flexible plans, each tailored to address the unique needs of your organization. Clients may select from existing maintenance packages or opt for custom solutions. Options include purchasing a set number of support hours per month, scheduling regular on-site visits from a dedicated IT specialist, or choosing a 24/7 support plan. IBSCY LTd collaborates closely with clients to develop the most effective maintenance strategy for their business. 

We offer four types of standard maintenance agreements: 

Bronze Prepaid

The Bronze scheme, offered by IBSCY Ltd, is a prepaid service that enables clients to purchase a predetemined number of support hours, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours annually. Support is available during Cyprus business hours (8:30-13:00, 14:30-18:00), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. For wach call or onsite visit, one hour is initially deducted from the available balance, with further deductions made in 15-minute increments beyond the first hour. Client may request assistance via email, phone, or the ticketing system, ensuring streamlined access to support. 

Upon execution of the maintennace and non-disclosure agreements, clients benefit from prompt, professional assistance from skilled engineers whenever IT support is needed. The Bronze Scheme includes a guaranteed response time as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Please note that this plan is dedicated to operational maintenance and support and does not encompass change requests. It is designed specifically for organizations with existing IT departments seeking supplementary infrastructure support. 

Silver Unlimited

The Silver Support scheme, offered by IBSCY LTd, provides clients with unlimited maintenance and operational support ours during standard Cyprus business hours (8:30-13:00, 14:30-18:00), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Clients may contact the support team via email, phone, or the ticketing system for assistance, ensuring that all support requirements are addressed efficiently. By entering into a maintenance and non-disclosure agreement, clients can expect timely responses from qualified engineers whenever IT support is needed. This scheme is specifically designed for businesses in Cyprus that do not maintain an internal IT department and whose employees operate exclusively witin the specified hours. The package also includes regular reporting on support activities and proactive system health checks, promoting transparency and reliability for all clients. 

Gold Unlimited

The Gold scheme, provided by IBSCY Ltd, encompasses all features of the Silver scheme while offering extended IT maintenance and operational support from 8:30 to 19:00, Monday through Friday, inclusive of Cyprus public holidays (except 01/01 and 25-26/12, as well as weekends). Clients receive two annual onsite visits for proactive support, priority response to critical incidents, and access to a dedicated support team. The package is further strengthened by remote monitoring and management tools that facilitate early identification and resolution of issues. This scheme is ideally suited for organizations operating within a two-hour time difference from Cyprus. Additionally, clients benefit from periodic system health reports and personalized consultation sessions aimed at optimizing their IT environment. 

Platinum Unlimited

The Platinum scheme provided by IBSCY Ltd builds upon the benefits of the Gold scheme by offering comprehensive maintenance and operational IT support on a 24/7/365 basis. This all-inclusive package is specifically designed for organizations operating worldwide that require continuous support for mission-critical opeations. It is particularly suited to businesses that cannot tolerate downtime during evenings or weekends, and features proactive system monitoring, prompt incident response, and regular updates to maintain optimal performance and security standards. Clients benefit from dedicated account managers and priority access to technical specialists, ensuring personalized service and pre-emptive risk mitigation. The Platinum Unlimited scheme is ideally suited for enterprises prioritizing uninterrupted operations and robust business continuity in today's digital landscape.
